5. Choose the Emotion and live it
Duration: 20 minutes
– Before starting the video, put on earbuds or headphones connected to this device.
– Choose a quiet place and time where you won’t be disturbed by people or background noise.
– Sit in a comfortable position, perhaps with a cushion.
– Adopt an upright posture: straighten your spine, tilt your chin slightly towards your chest, and relax your shoulders, letting them fall back. Rest your hands gently on your knees or thighs.
– At the end of the meditation, return slowly… Don’t get up too quickly; give yourself a few more moments.
